  • Customers with reservation through our website must also come to the ticket window for check-in.

• Restrictions

  • If you are late for boarding, the ticket is still valid for another cruise on the same day. However, please note that boarding may not be available at other times due to the crowd of that day.

  • <Payment on-site> Otsu Port, Imazu Port, Nagahama Port: JCB, VISA, AMEX, MASTER, NICOS, Diner’s Club, Union Pay, ICOCA, PITAPA, Edy Card, electronic money and QR payments (some exceptions) are available. In addition, transportation IC cards cannot be recharged at the counter, so please recharge in advance. Other Ports: Cash only. On-board Michigan: Cash + PayPay only.
  • <Concerning the storage of personal belongings> You can leave your belongings in the storage room for a fee (400 yen). Please inquire at the counter.
  • <Customers with infants> There are no Nursing Rooms at Imazu Port, Nagahama Port, Chikubushima Port, or on-board. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  • <Customers on Wheelchairs> Imazu Port, Nagahama Port, Chikubushima Port, and on-board of the cruise are not barrier-free at the current time. You will have to get off the wheelchair temporarily prior to boarding; however, boarding is possible on the scheduled ship. Please consult with each Port in advance.
